For a Threadbanger Halloween party that I organized, I made 200 mini cucakes. Just follow the recipe on the box! For the icing: 1 and 1/2 cup of softened (not melted) butter3 cups sifted confectioners sugar1/4 cup of milk dash of sea salt1 and 1/4 tsp of vanilla I ended up using more confectioners sugar to make the icing thicker and easier to work with.
